Founder and Principal
Founder and principal Natalie Gray has successfully grown Gray Group Design by combining sophisticated style and attention to detail with solid business practices. She transitioned into design after 20 plus years in business in marketing, advertising, visual merchandising and television production in Hawaii, Seattle, Denver and Orange County. Her experience lends a unique business perspective to the creative world of design.
Her clients will tell you that Natalie takes a personal interest with each homeowner. Having compassion and understanding for people in transition is how she quickly understands what needs to be done and the best way to approach it. She works with her team to achieve the highest level of quality and efficiency in each project. Combining home staging skills with a sharp marketing eye, we create spaces so the buyer mentally “moves in”. Our goal is always to help homeowners and their agents sell faster for more money.
When she’s not staging, Natalie does fun stuff with the coolest husband on the face of the planet (Steve) and an even cooler dog (Booker). Natalie, Steve and occasionally Booker enjoy the ocean, traveling, family, friends and a good glass of California Chardonnay.
